Sun servers is a good choice for enterprise customers and while
expensive Sun Sparc hardware is extremely stable and capable of
outperforming Linux and windows machines on average 200% with same
speed CPUs. All sun servers we setup come with Solaris 8.0 OS with
number of additional gnu packages. We have also created our own
compiled version of Apache 1.3 for Solaris with all the modules and
features you can have from Linux distributions includes OpenSSL, PHP
4.0, Tomcat Java Servlet engine, Mod_Perl, DAV, throttle, layout and
many more modules. In addition we also setup mail and DNS server on the and provide scripts to make it
easy to administer the server and add new accounts.
